Project Spotlight
Renovation Refresh, Metairie, LA
Jim & his wife were enjoying their newly renovated home so much, they hadn't realized it had been two years since they completed the rebuild.
After 730+ days of usage, the granite and marble countertops needed some attention to revive them to, "freshly installed" condition. "It feels like a nice reset to prepare for another busy year," Mr. Jim said as we finished up sealing the kitchen.
While remaining on a tight schedule, we were able to complete the entire process for every piece of stone countertop. This even included a few more in-depth services that were needed, but not planned for time-wise, to prevent mold from developing and thriving through unsealed seams.

The office gets much action in this home from multiple members of the family so it was in need of a debris-removal deep clean, multiple splash seam re-epoxy, and deck seam color touch-up.

From years of constant use, this side splash separated from the main deck.

We removed the deteriorated seam sealer completely and applied fresh sealant.

We removed the old siliconized sealer completely and resealed with higher quality product.

Through the thousands of times of use, the joint seal was failing and holding grime.

We deep cleaned and coffee-proof resealed the seam. This dries completely clear.

The previous siliconized sealer deteriorated completely.
